Thank you for using HouseWhisper, owned and operated by Real Estate Productivity, Inc. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


Information We Collect 

When you use the HouseWhisper services (the “Services”), we may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Account Information: if you create a HouseWhisper account, we collect information associated with your account, such as your name and contact information, as well as passwords and API keys to connect your HouseWhisper account to your CRM and accounts with other third-party services.

  • AI Assistant: we may receive personal information from you when you interact with our AI assistant, which may also include personal information about your clients.

  • Google API Information: if you connect your Google account with HouseWhisper, we may access basic account information (such as your name, contact details and profile photo) and your calendar events. We use this information for identification, personalization, communication and to generally enhance and deliver the Services to you in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

  • CRM Information: if you connect your CRM with HouseWhisper, we may access basic account information, as well as names, contact details, calendar events, property information and communications between you and your clients.

  • Outlook Information: if you connect your Outlook account with HouseWhisper, we may access basic account information, as well as names, contact details, calendar events, property information and communications between you and your clients.

  • Information from Other Third-Party Services: if you connect your account with another third-party service with HouseWhisper, we may access basic account information, as well as details relating to your activity within the account.

  • Usage Information: We may collect usage data, such as how you interact with the Services, which helps us improve the functionality of our AI assistant.

  • Payment Information: when you add a credit card or other payment method to your HouseWhisper account, the information is processed and stored by a third-party service that handles payments on our behalf. We do not store payment information such as credit card numbers or bank information.

Use of Personal Information 

We use personal information we collect from you exclusively to operate, provide,improve and expand the functionality within the Services, which will often involve our use of artificial intelligence (“AI”). Personal information will not be shared with third parties or used for advertising or marketing purposes. In addition to the uses identified above, we use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Operate, evaluate, maintain, improve and provide the features and functionality of the Services provided to you, including, without limitation:

    • Communicate with you by text message, phone and email via our AI assistant to gather and provide information 

    • Streamline customer workflow with appointment creation, tracking and notifications, as well as task creation and management functionality

    • Organize and generate content to personalize interactions with clients

    • Personalized content creation: generating messages after calls and emails with clients

    • Update records in customer’s CRM, such as client background, lead stage and tagging

    • Personalize and customize the Services provided to you

  • Use personal information in an aggregate, anonymous or de-identified form to research, develop, improve and expand the Services 

  • Provide support and maintenance for the Services, including responding to your requests, questions and feedback

  • Take measures to prevent fraud, illegal activity, or misuses of the Services

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • For any other purpose with your consent (which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us at support@housewhisper.ai)


Data Sharing and Disclosure

As noted above, we may share personal information with the third-party accounts you connect with your HouseWhisper account to update records in any such third-party account. We may also share personal information with large language model (LLM) providers to support customers through natural language, such as to respond to customer questions about a specific client and to generate personalized content for the customer. In addition, we may share personal information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting providers and analytics tools.  These third parties are contractually obligated to protect personal information and use it only for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or other unrelated services. We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena, legal process, or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.

Data Storage and Security

  • Limited Use: The personal information identified above will be used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the Services and will not be transferred to third parties except as necessary for providing the Services.

  • Data Retention: We do not store personal information longer than required to fulfill the purposes outlined above. If you request the deletion of your personal information, we will remove it from our systems in accordance with applicable laws, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes. 

  • Security: We take the security of personal information seriously and use industry-standard security measures to protect it from unauthorized access and breaches. Our processing platform, hosted on Azure, ensures personal information is securely segregated from that of other customers.

Use of Data by Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We understand the importance of protecting personal information provided to us about home buyers and sellers you support (“Personal Client Data”). As noted above, we often apply AI to provide the Services, including using AI to analyze and process your data in order to offer you a personalized experience and to improve our Services generally. However, we do not (a) use your Personal Client Data to enhance a model that specifically benefits another customer, or (b) make your Personal Client Data available to another customer. We also do not train our models on personal information provided by customers. In line with our policy on models, we utilize APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic, both of which have a clear position on data usage an ownership:

  • OpenAI stipulates that its customers retain ownership and control over their data.OpenAI does not use customer business data for training purposes, ensuring that your inputs and outputs remain your property, as permitted by law. For more, see Enterprise privacy at OpenAI.

User Consent and Control

You have the right to revoke access to your Google data at any time by visiting Google’s Security Settings

Users can delete their personal information from the HouseWhisper systems and Services upon request by contacting us at support@housewhisper.ai.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or compliance requirements. Any updates will be posted here with a revised Effective Date. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
